The situation of the Nigerian masses is what begs for urgent intellectual revolutionary and civil actions and raising of awareness to the fact that leadership is key particularly in the next dispensation of elections in our country Nigeria. It is strategic that citizens must demand to have their voters card as soon as possible so that changes can be effected from the bottom up. Some leaders from the local councils to the federal levels may have done well enough but the other question is the structure through which the Nigerian State is being governed, does it give room for accountability and transparency, Does it encourage citizens engagements and participation in decision making? .
